 3Rivers Credit Union Foundation

Since 2015, the 3Rivers Credit Union Foundation has invested $2 million dollars into hundreds of nonprofits across northeast, central, and east central Indiana, and St. Mary's, Ohio. Our mission is to enhance lives through strategic grantmaking in three key areas: financial literacy, education, and health and wellness.

We award grants quarterly to 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations in the communities we serve. Programs must demonstrate specific, measurable goals with 80% of funds remaining local to ensure maximum community impact.

Beyond Grants

How We Give Back

Employee Volunteerism: We believe giving our time and talents are as important as providing monetary support. 3Rivers team members receive two paid volunteer days annually and participate in our all-team Give Back Day on a designated federal holiday. Through these initiatives, our team has volunteered thousands of hours to local nonprofits.

Community LEADERS Program: Launched in 2022, this program develops employees to serve on nonprofit boards, emphasizing our seven core values: Value, Trust, Quality, Integrity, Consistency, Innovation, and Commitment.
